FutureLearn Come Rain or Shine

The Royal Meteorological Society is delighted to be working together with the University of Reading on a FutureLearn course, called “Come Rain or Shine”.

Since 2016 over 20,000 participants have signed up to the course. The next run begins on 18th June and runs for 8 weeks, with online support available during the first 3 weeks.

The Royal Meteorological Society is the Professional and Learned Society for weather and climate. Our mission is 'to promote meteorology as a science, profession and interest'. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the weather and climate.

Want to join a community of like-minded weather enthusiasts? The Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) is offering everyone who completes the course, the opportunity to apply for free trial membership to 31 December 2018. Joining the RMetS gives you online access to Weather, the ‘house journal’ of the RMetS (both past and future issues).

When you have completed the course, apply online at the RMetS Membership page, selecting Membership Type ‘CRoS’.  For further information contact membership@rmets.org quoting 'Come Rain or Shine' offer.
