This meeting is a joint meeting with the General Aviation Safety Council (GASCo)
The meeting is focussed on improving safety for General Aviation, particularly for advanced PPL (private pilots licence) students and holders. At this meeting there will be emphasis on three topics: visibility/cloud,wind/turbulence and human factors. There will be considerable emphasis on practical exercises using information available on the web and other sources. All participants are required to bring a lap top or equivalent device and it will be assumed that participants are familiar with TAFs and METARs.
